Signal is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to help make private communication accessible to millions of users through our mobile and desktop applications. We’re searching for a proactive individual who is passionate about assisting users and resolving issues to ensure a smooth user experience. Responsibilities
– Provide clear and respectful support to users across various feedback channels.
– Investigate and analyze reported issues, helping to prioritize them based on impact.
– Translate user feedback into actionable insights for the product team.
– Contribute to the upkeep of our knowledge base.
– Work with engineering teams to identify root causes and gather detailed error reports from users for troubleshooting.
About You
– Over 5 years of experience in technical support.
– Highly organized and self-motivated, with comfort using Android, iOS, Mac, Windows, and Linux.
– Enjoys learning, problem-solving, and approaching challenges with curiosity and a solutions-focused mindset.
– Excellent communication skills and empathy for users, with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and friendly manner.
– Fluent in written English; additional languages are a plus.
