The Role
We’re seeking a Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them through chat and email only—no phone calls. Your responsibilities include answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a great customer experience. This is a fully remote position.
What We’re Looking For
• Fluency in English is required, as it’s our main working language and strong written and spoken communication is essential.
• A second fluent language is also required.
• You should have a good level of technical understanding, such as familiarity with HTML and CSS. This is not a role where you learn as you go, so come prepared.
• Strong teamwork skills are important—empathy, kindness, active listening, and a collaborative attitude matter to us.
• Experience with customer support tools is helpful but not necessary.
