We’re looking for a driven Renewals Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll oversee the renewals process for our security software, support strong customer retention, and collaborate with our go-to-market teams to maintain long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate brings experience in sales, customer success, or account management and a passion for exceptional customer service.
This is a remote position open to candidates in Canada and the United States.
What we’re looking for:
• At least 2 years of experience in renewals, account management, or customer success within the software or tech sector
• Practical knowledge of SaaS models and recurring revenue
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Gainsight, and related tools
• Solid analytical abilities and comfort interpreting data
• Proven experience collaborating effectively with a team
What you can expect:
• Renewal Management: Oversee the full renewal cycle for customer accounts, ensuring contracts are renewed accurately and on time
• Customer Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships, understand their needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities to deliver added value
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Review renewal metrics to find improvement opportunities and develop strategies for stronger retention, including assessing license usage and true-up needs
• Collaboration: Partner with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure a smooth renewal experience
• Customer Engagement: Reach out to customers ahead of contract expiration to discuss renewal options and resolve potential issues
• Training and Support: Help customers understand the value of our software and new features that support renewal
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate renewal records and follow company policies
• Feedback Loop: Collect customer insights to support product enhancements and improve satisfaction
Salary information:
For US-based roles: Annual base salary ranges from $60,000 to $81,000 USD plus commission. Employees receive immediate access to benefits, paid time off, equity, and applicable incentive programs.
For Canada-based roles: Annual base salary ranges from $55,000 to $75,000 CAD plus commission, along with full benefits, paid time off, equity, and applicable incentive programs.

While we are a remote-first company, occasional travel is required for team gatherings and customer events, typically held across EMEA, Canada, or the US. Leadership roles may involve monthly travel.
