QA Manager
Remote (US and Canada)
Radformation focuses on automating the Radiation Oncology cancer treatment workflow. Our tools support clinics worldwide by saving time, reducing planning errors, and helping them design optimal treatments. AutoContour produces fast, accurate AI‑driven contours for Radiation Oncology planning.

We are seeking a highly motivated medical physicist based in the US or Canada who is passionate about radiation therapy and thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. The QA Manager will collaborate closely with the Product Manager, another QA Manager, and the engineering team to ensure AutoContour meets the highest standards through rigorous testing and preparation. This person will apply their clinical expertise and positive attitude to thoroughly test new versions before release, investigate and resolve issues found during testing, and assist with troubleshooting challenges reported by clinics. The role also involves working with the Regulatory team on medical device documentation.

This position requires a strong understanding of Radiation Oncology quality assurance, with a focus on managing product quality to meet development goals. With your clinical experience, you will help enhance efficiency in Radiation Oncology clinics around the world.

Responsibilities include:
• Testing product versions prior to release using C# in Visual Studio
• Performing verification and validation testing to ensure product integrity
• Coordinating with Success and Support teams on troubleshooting and clinic setup
• Providing feedback to the Product Manager and engineering team
• Creating product‑related documentation
• Preparing medical device documentation with the Regulatory team, including requirement specifications, testing conditions, execution and documentation of tests, and software risk mitigation

Abilities:
• Eager to learn new technologies and share them with the healthcare community
• Comfortable with a dynamic schedule and continuous learning
• Strong multitasking and project management abilities
• Deep understanding of radiation oncology clinical workflows
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to work independently
• Highly motivated to improve clinical workflows
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Open to new ideas and receptive to feedback

Required Experience:
• At least 5 years as a clinical medical physicist
• Experience with validation and verification
• Programming experience in C#
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Positive attitude and dedication to excellent patient care
• Strong documentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas
• Experience implementing AAPM Task Group reports related to contouring and image registration

Preferred Experience:
• More than 5 years as a clinical medical physicist using Radformation products, especially AutoContour
• Experience with Visual Studio or similar coding tools
• Familiarity with multiple treatment planning systems
• Product testing or verification experience
• Customer service experience

Salary: $170,000–$200,000 per year (USD) for US‑based employees, adjusted for experience. International salaries vary by experience and location.
