What you will do: As a live chat customer support associate, you will be paid to respond to customers by typing messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. Your tasks may include answering questions, sharing sales links, and offering discounts.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $25–$35 per hour.
Requirements: You must have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet, along with a reliable internet connection. You also need at least basic English writing skills.
Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level roles, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.
