Who We Are:
Aledade, a public benefit corporation, is dedicated to empowering the most transformative part of healthcare—independent primary care. Since our founding in 2014, we have grown into the nation’s largest network of independent primary care practices, helping clinics, health centers, and practices provide better patient care and succeed in value-based care. By establishing value-based contracts with a wide range of health plans, we work to shift away from the traditional fee-for-service model. Our efforts strengthen continuity of care, align incentives, and ensure primary care physicians are rewarded for keeping patients healthy. If you want to help build a healthcare system that benefits patients, practices, and society—and you value collaboration, inclusivity, and a remote-first culture—you’re in the right place.

What This Means for You:
At Aledade, you will be part of an innovative and supportive culture driven by curiosity, respect, and a commitment to solving complex problems. You’ll work with colleagues who bring diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, all united by a passion for public health and our mission.

We offer comprehensive benefits to support your well-being, including:
• Flexible schedules and remote work options for many roles
• Health, dental, and vision insurance with up to 80% covered for employees, dependents, and domestic partners
• Generous time off, including 21 days of PTO in your first year
• Two paid volunteer days and 11 paid holidays
• 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all new parents
• Six-week paid sabbatical after six years
• Educational Assistance and Clinical Employee Reimbursement programs
• 401(k) with up to 4% employer match
• Stock options
• And more

Aledade celebrates diversity and is committed to fostering an inclusive environment. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
