We are currently looking for:

Customer Support Agent (m/f/d) for 1st-level support as a self-employed freelancer for the night shift (10:00 pm to 8:00 am) – 100% remote.

Your tasks:

● Be the first point of contact for our customers
● Handle customer inquiries by phone
● Support both new and existing customers

Your profile:

● You are ready to work as a self-employed freelancer
● You have a strong interest in telecommunications and sales
● You speak and write German fluently at C1 level
● Working with a PC is easy for you
● You are willing to work in shifts, including weekends
● You typically work five days per week
● You are available for night shifts from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am and enjoy helping customers
● You have a friendly demeanor and communicate respectfully
● You have a stable internet connection, ideally fiber optic with 100 Mbps
● Working from home suits you perfectly
