**Job Description:** As a chat assistant, you will communicate with website visitors through an online system. It works similarly to Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp. You’ll answer customers’ questions using the provided templates.

The questions are typically straightforward, so the work is both engaging and enjoyable. You’ll be able to chat with interesting people and help them resolve their issues—while being paid well for your time.

**Contract length:** No fixed term

**Rate:** $30–$35 per hour

**Requirements:** You must have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet, along with a reliable internet connection. You also need to have a moderate level of English.

**Skills/background needed:** These are entry-level chat roles, and full training will be provided. No prior experience is required.

**Location:** Remote work worldwide online (preference for the United States).
