The Data Entry Specialist and QC team members support the creation of accurate documentation for our process server teams. In this role, you will verify and validate information entered into our systems, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when necessary. This is a full‑time, remote position based in the United States.

$25–$45 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
– Review and submit legal documents using internal systems and email
– Take part in ongoing training to expand industry and process knowledge
– Investigate discrepancies as they occur
– Complete additional assigned projects

Qualifications:
– No prior experience required; data entry experience is helpful
– High school diploma or GED required
– Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
– Strong attention to detail
– Team‑oriented mindset
– Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office

Starting pay: $25.00 to $45.00 per hour

Schedule: Full‑time, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
