Job Summary: The Data Entry Specialist and QC team members support the creation of accurate documentation for our process server teams. In this role, you will verify and validate information entered into our systems, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary. This is a full‑time, remote position based in the United States.

Pay range: $25–$45 per hour

Primary Duties:
• Review and submit legal documents using internal software and email
• Participate in ongoing training to develop industry and process knowledge
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies as they occur
• Complete other assigned tasks

Requirements:
• No prior experience required; data entry experience is helpful
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to perform repetitive work with precision
• Strong attention to detail
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
