The role
We’re working hard to improve our response times and deliver excellent service across all time zones. We’re now looking for a friendly, passionate, self-driven individual to join our Customer Team as a Customer Support Specialist, working remotely from Western Australia.

We specifically need coverage for the Australian market in the afternoons, and support for European customers as they start their day. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working late afternoons and evenings.

Some of your responsibilities:
  • Answering questions and advising existing customers on the best way to use our product, mainly via email, but also by phone and chat.
  • Answering questions and supporting prospective customers through email, including video product demos.
  • Gathering and summarizing customer feedback; acting as the customer voice to help your teammates become better marketers, designers, and builders.
  • Responding to customer reviews across different platforms.
  • Assisting with internal shipping and logistics questions.
We imagine that you:
  • Are based in Western Australia (required).
  • Are interested in and available to work afternoons and evenings.
  • Have 12–24 months of proven experience in customer support or community management.
  • Have strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Are naturally inclined to help others—with a friendly, positive attitude and a genuine interest in engaging with and learning from people.
  • Are comfortable with technology, curious, and motivated to deeply understand how our product works from every angle.
  • Have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail.
  • Value teamwork—everyone supports each other at Driversnote.
  • Are self-motivated and able to manage yourself, with excellent time management skills.
It would be nice if you:
  • Have experience with support software, onboarding customers, or collecting customer feedback.
  • Have an interest in accounting.
  • Have experience with mileage reimbursement.
  • Have experience working 100% remotely.
  • Have read and enjoyed “Zappos: Delivering Happiness”.
The important details:
  • At least 21 hours per week.
  • Expected to work 3 hours per day, 7 days per week.
  • $38.90 AUD per hour, billed monthly.
  • 100% remote role.
  • You must be located in Australia.
  • 33 vacation days per year (yes—we’re based in Europe).
