Tasks

Your mission:
• Your responsibilities include general product inquiries, sales, and personalized advice on our clients’ products and services
• Supporting new and existing customers and identifying their needs
• Actively selling additional services and products via inbound channels
• Handling incoming calls and emails
• As a Hero, you will be the first point of contact for our clients’ customers

Qualifications
• Completed commercial training or a similar qualification
• Proven experience in customer service
• Excellent German skills (spoken and written – at least C1)
• Confident computer skills and the ability to use multiple applications simultaneously
• Willingness to work in shifts
• A friendly demeanor and respectful communication style
• A passion for making different customer types happy
• You must be able to work from your home office
