We’re currently looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This is a remote role for motivated individuals who have the experience and drive to help us fulfill our mission.
Key responsibilities
– Handle questions and requests from corporate and professional traders
– Keep improving your skills
– Deliver outstanding customer service by taking full ownership
– Help foster a positive customer service culture by supporting the Bitfinex vision, initiatives, and goals
– Work closely with other teams
Job requirements
– Ability to work independently with minimal oversight, adapt to flexible schedules, and make good decisions based on Bitfinex practices
– Experience or a strong interest in Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics
– Solid understanding of trading and derivatives markets
– Strong analytical skills
– Proven experience in customer relations and managing inquiries
– Excellent English communication skills
– Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain
– Strong attention to detail
– Commitment to security and privacy
– Proficiency with Office tools, especially Excel
