We are looking for a dedicated web3 passionate Senior Recruiter to help us grow internal Rarible community by sourcing and hiring brightest and funnest tech and non-tech talent.

Responsibilities

Lead tech and non-tech recruitment of our ‘remote first’ team in the US and Europe.
Create space for building candidate community by organizing recruiting events (offline and online) and webinars.
Partner with leaders across the company to understand our hiring objectives, develop strategies to contribute to the company goals
Supporting our interviewing team with training and prioritizing.
Contributing to building the best web3 recruiting practices

Requirements

5+ years of recruitment experience in tech field
