Summary
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Senior Full-Cycle Recruiter to help recruit top talent in Taiwan and US/Canada in order to transform job search with AI. In this role, be the only recruiter of the company, report directly to the CEO, and make a huge impact. And since we’re in the job search space, you’ll also have rare opportunities to help shape our products for job seekers.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about transforming job search and finding the best talent for our mission.
What you’ll help us with:

    • Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation 🤝
    • Partner closely with hiring managers and CEO to define role requirements and build high-quality pipelines
    • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets
    • Drive a strong candidate experience through transparent communication and timely feedback
    • Maintain and optimize ATS workflows and reporting to ensure hiring process efficiency and data integrityInfluence hiring strategy through market insights, hiring metrics, and process improvements
    • Represent the company’s brand in a compelling way across outreach, interviews, and industry eventsInterview candidates in different timezones if necessary (e.g. US, Canada)
    • Work with Taiwan and US/Canada teams
    • Since we’re in the job search space, you’ll also have unique opportunities to provide feedback to shape the product!
What will help you be successful:

    • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
    • Agency recruiting and startup experience are required.
    • Proven experience in hiring both technical and business roles.
    • Proven record of recruiting in Taiwan and internationally is required, along with experience in managing interviews across time zones (e.g., US/Canada/Asia).
    • Excellent communication skills, paired with high energy and enthusiasm, are essential.
    • English fluency is required (native proficiency not necessary); Mandarin proficiency is considered a plus.
    • HR operations experience is a plus.
NT$1,000 – NT$1,100 an hour
Required work hours: 10-20 hours/week
