Spreetail is seeking a self-starter to join our Talent Acquisition team as a contractor. This role will allow for the opportunity to recruit globally (UK, US, Philippines, Colombia, etc.) from the convenience of your home. If you are passionate about sourcing candidates across a variety of skillsets while creating a great candidate experience, keep scrolling. This will be a 75 day contract depending on the needs of the business.

How you will achieve success:

• Proactively identify potential candidates through LinkedIn and other social channels.
• Create a positive candidate experience, acting as the primary contact for all candidates and representing Spreetail’s core values and culture.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews for cultural and role fit with speed and quality as top indicators of potential hiring.
• Organize candidate interviews with hiring managers.
• Own your success and have a plan for each day.

Experience that will help you in this role:

• 1-2+ years of experience in recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.).
• Coachable with the ability to learn.
• Highly organized.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to grow and maintain strong relationships

$35 – $40 an hour

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $35 per hour to $40 per hour. Pay is based on a number of factors including geographic market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Spreetail is a total compensation company.
