As a Data Entry Specialist, you’ll play an essential role in supporting our real estate operations by providing accurate, dependable data that fuels our growth.

Job Title: Data Entry Specialist – Real Estate
Location: Remote
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: 900–1400 USD per month, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM–6 PM EST (includes a 1-hour break and 2 paid rest breaks)

Responsibilities:
• Collect, scrape, and accurately enter data using our software tools and methods that match our database structure.
• Maintain and update databases while ensuring accuracy, integrity, and proper segmentation for targeted marketing.
• Review and verify information for completeness and precision.
• Keep databases current and track all tasks carefully.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and share insights for improvement.
• Suggest ways to improve data collection, database upkeep, and reporting processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data entry issues quickly.
• Ensure data quality and reliability by managing challenges independently and completing tasks efficiently.
• Work closely with the internal team to maintain smooth workflows.
• Assist with administrative tasks or special projects when needed.

Qualifications:
• Excellent English skills and the ability to communicate effectively within an American cultural context.
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Strong understanding of database management and data scraping methods.
• Proven experience in data entry, data analysis, or similar roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and experience handling large datasets.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Real estate experience required.

Work Setup Requirements:
• Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download and upload).
• Computer with at least a Core i5 processor and 8 GB RAM.
• Quiet workspace with minimal distractions.
