• Understand the business and think like our users.

• Come up with creative ways to test the application. Structured exploratory testing. If you want to just mindlessly click through test cases, this is not the place for you.

• Be an active collaboratorfrom the big picture thinking all the way to release. QA is part of the team and not just "the last mile".

• Enjoys the flexibility of working from home and at startup speed. This is not a 9-5 job. Note, we are only accepting candidates in North America, with a preference for people in the Toronto or Long Island area.

• We ship often, so you need to be able to identifywhat is most likely to break and what it might mean to our customers. Sometimes, you just can’t test it all.

• Understand the customers come first. We ship often and work closely with customers to get it right.
