The Quality Analyst is responsible for the testing and validating of software and systems to ensure that internal and external customers’ requirements and needs are met. Creating test plans/cases, working with developers, and evaluating both the functional and subjective quality of projects for the software development team. Your willingness to listen and improve, problem solve, and take charge in quality improvement and control will help us succeed and innovate our products. The QA Analyst will be also be responsible for finding problems with design and root causes for bugs before they can be discovered by our customer base.
Serve as key point of contact for all QA related aspects, providing services andcoordinating resources.
Oversee aspects of quality assurance. Include metrics and if needed, find or develop newtools to ensure goals are met.
Engage and collaborate with development teams to effectively leverage testenvironments and processes.
Monitor and communicate with internal stakeholders regarding major issues impactingproducts and projects.
Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures
Produce and prioritize bug submissions
Manage QA workflows to be integrated across multiple projects
Working with product design and developers at all stages to promote quality
Ability to grasp new concepts and technologies
