We’re not just looking for a tester – we’re looking for a pragmatic, passionate self-starter to own the overall quality of our solutions. We’re looking for someone who can manage the QA process within a project by creating testing frameworks that are robust enough to ensure the solution’s completeness,concise enough to accomplish within a limited testing window, and clearenough that non-QA professionals can execute easily.
Rather than test systems after they are built, our QA team is involved in all steps from requirement creation into development and through deployment. At each step, our goal is to identify, discuss and resolve any conditions that may progress to software defects further down the line. You’ll work alongside our cross-functional team of developers, designers and consultants, who are the kind of people that will thank you when you find something that’s not working the way it should or could. We adhere to an Agile/Scrum software development methodology, and we continuously tweak our processes through constant, real-time feedback to ensure we are making the maximum impact.

Our innovative solutions are often delivered in multiple languages with localized content, and they require a keen eye toward regulatory compliance. You’ll encounter new subject matter frequently, and you’ll solve a variety of interesting challenges across multiple platforms.
YOU WILL:
Help craft requirement specifications that are testable
Design test plans and scripts from project requirements
Design and implement automated regression tests
Perform cross-browser testing of web-based solutions and testing of mobile solutions on multiple devices
Communicate issues identified with clear instructions for reproduction and the conditions that led to them
Teach testing best practices to developers and other team members
Create and refine testing strategies that allow Vodori to continue to deliver high quality solutions
