Lyra Spain are recruiting a Senior Psychologist to provide high quality and professional counselling and information support service to employees of client companies telephonically, Live Chat and through structured counselling.
This is a full time position and the job holder will be hyrbid, working from home and having onsite days at Lyra Spain in Madrid.
This is a shift position based in a call centre environment. These shifts include working evening or weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide the first point of contact for employees accessing Lyra Spain
- Provide all the services to which the caller is entitled in a professional and respectful manner and to standards agreed with Lyra Spain
- Accurately capture all information on the database pertinent to the clinical management of the case
- Adhere to all clinical protocols and procedures as laid out by Lyra Health
- Adhere to the operational standards as set out by Lyra Health
- Provide counselling within a short-term sessional model
- To keep abreast of developments within client organisations and with changes to service offerings
- Attend all relevant meetings, training and staff support groups
- Attend regular and scheduled counselling supervision with the external counselling supervisor
- The Clinician will be required to take on any other relevant work related duties as required by the Clinical Lead

Secondary Responsibilities:
Qualifications
- Minimum of a BA Psychology and 2 years MA.
- Two or more years experience in counselling is desirable
- Postgraduate training for Expert Psychologists in Counselling would be an advantage
- English and Spanish fluency – Candidate must be able to undertake therapy in a minimum of two languages – Spanish and English
About You
- Ideally you will have experience working for an EAP
- Experience in providing telephonic and Live Chat counselling is desirable
- Strong knowledge about and skilled in providing Solution Focused Therapy to clients
- Computer literate with the ability to type fast
- Ability to effectively merge Clinical and EAP focus
- Client service orientation
- Articulate
- Good telephone manner and ability to provide telephonic therapy
- Strong risk assessment experience
- Good time management ability
- Ability to work within a team
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to function within a structured call centre environment

€31,000 – €33,000 a year
