Your future tasks and duties:

• Attending project meetings with the Proxy Product Owners and all stakeholders (Polish Team, MasterBorn Board Members)
• Shadowing Proxy Product Owners while collaborating with them on ongoing projects
• Gathering requirements from clients, managing their needs, and maintaining transparency of the process (i.e. maintaining the product roadmap)
• Leading tech team of developers, QA specialists, and Product Designers
• Learning best practices & growing
• Gathering valuable knowledge from certified courses and books recommended by our Team
• Learning how to describe business processes and how to extract business requirements from a client and ask the right questions
• And remember, you won’t be alone – you will receive full and continuous support from experienced Proxy Product Owners

About you – Tech skills & Experience:

• Willing to learn how to conduct workshops and run meetings with clients/colleagues
• Tech-savvy and growth-oriented
• Experience in project management from other industries or student activities
• Interest in the IT field
• Curiosity about AI and interest in AI-driven solutions that enhance work efficiency.
• Practical knowledge of using AI in projects

• Excellent command of Polish and English (both C1) is required
