Position Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to join our team. You will be the project leader and primary client contact in managing all phases of e-commerce & web projects. You will be joining our small, but passionate team as a key part of our growing agency.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end project management
- Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget
- Build strong relationships with our clients and provide insight and strategy
- Participate in the planning of project requirements, strategy, analysis and delivery processes
- Plan, organize and schedule activities to meet project objectives
- Carry out associated administrative activities
- Motivate and monitor the progress of work performed by team members
- Prepare project profitability reports as required
- Work closely with the founder and team to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and profitability
Requirements
- Experience as a Project Manager and/or client facing role
- Meticulous organization and time management skills
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Hands on experience with project management software (e.g. ClickUp preferred!)
- Familiarity with Shopify and HTML/CSS a big bonus!
