Looking for a Production Coordinator (VA position | Non-US) to work for a roofing company located in Texas, United States.

Qualifications are:

– Must be able to speak English and Spanish
– Must have CONSTRUCTION, or SOLAR, or REMODELING type experience for atleast of one year
– Must have dispatching experience of some sort
– Must be able to work 7:30am-4:30pm Central Time
– Must have strong wifi
– Must be able to speak English and Spanish

Responsibilities and Duties are:

– Oversee scheduling and communication with customers regarding their roofing projects
– Oversee reporting information and data entry
– Oversee all permit responsibilities for before and after each roofing project
– Assist with communication between sales and production team
– Order materials and schedule deliveries from supply houses
– Schedule replacement start dates for our homeowners
– Communicate gratitude and expectations with customers
– Assist with vendor/sub-contractor coordinations
– Invoice and collect payments as needed

Duration: Full time, long term, 100% remote position
