C4Media, Inc. is looking for a motivated, fully remote Junior Project Coordinator (contractor) to join our global team. In this role, you will provide essential support for our growing online learning and certification programs.

As a Junior Project Coordinator, you will help the team plan and deliver our virtual learning experiences for software professionals. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who enjoys organization, clear communication, and behind-the-scenes work.

You will work closely with our program leads, learning the operational details of professional education in a highly collaborative setting.

What You’ll Do

As part of the team, you will assist with the daily operations of our online learning cohorts:

• Customer Service: Serve as a first point of contact for learners. You will distribute onboarding materials, answer questions, and follow up to ensure a smooth experience.
• Logistics Support: Help manage our digital learning environments, including Zoom room setup, Google Drive organization, and coordinating Slack communication.
• Editorial Pipeline Support: Assist in coordinating “Capstone” learning projects by gathering participant bios, tracking deadlines, and sharing details with our editorial team.
• Trainer Coordination: Provide administrative support to facilitators by organizing session materials and preparing sessions for launch.
• Data Entry and Tracking: Help maintain accurate databases, track attendance, send feedback surveys, and compile results for reports.
• Ad-Hoc Support: Assist with research and small operational tasks, such as tracking expenses or communicating with Finance and Marketing.

Job Requirements

Professional Experience, Skills & Education:

• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate professionally with a global audience.
• A customer-first attitude—helpful, patient, and supportive.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Comfort using remote tools such as Google Workspace and Slack.
• Curiosity about technology and a willingness to learn new software. Experience with CRMs, Figma, or basic HTML is helpful but not required.
• A recent degree or 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or customer-facing role.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong desire to help.

Setup Requirements:

• Able to work full-time in a remote role
• Must live in Argentina or Brazil
• Able to work as an independent contractor
• Availability to overlap with core global office hours (9 AM–1 PM EST)
• A quiet home office and the ability to work comfortably from home
• Reliable high-speed internet and a modern computer
• Willing and able to travel to the USA or Europe 1–3 times per year for conferences or company meetings, with each trip lasting 4–8 days

Only applicants who submit their application and resume in English will be considered.
