We’re expanding our Costa Rica team and seeking a driven, detail-oriented, and honest Project Coordinator to join us full-time. This is a long-term remote position with real growth potential. You’ll be working under our Costa Rican Division Head and Project Manager.

You’ll support project managers in coordinating permits and approvals, tracking progress, and communicating with architects, engineers, and agencies. Because this role is fully remote, we rely on honesty, accountability, and clear communication — progress is reviewed periodically to ensure growth and confidence in your work. If you’re curious, proactive, and eager to learn, you’ll fit right in.

Our company works on Hillside Estates, Commercial Stores and Restaurants, Historic Landmark Properties, and Mixed Use Living Projects. We’re a small sized company expanding annually and looking to add you to the team.
