Position Purpose:

Brand Besties is growing fast, and we’re looking for a hyper-organized, detail-obsessed Project Assistant to keep our projects moving smoothly. You will become the air traffic controller of backend processes across accounts, talent, tech and marketing.

This is not a client-facing role, more the glue behind the scenes in helping our team work their magic.

What You’ll Do

• Draft service agreements and client-facing docs

• Build job descriptions and staffing folders for events

• Post jobs on our internal platform plus others

• Support scheduling, timelines, and resource organization

• Create and maintain project folders in Google Drive and https://monday.com

• Communicate with internal team to keep projects on track

You’re a Fit If You:

• Are obsessed with details, follow-up, and structure

• Have experience supporting account teams, project managers, or ops leaders

• Are a wizard with Google Docs, Drive, Sheets, and https://monday.com (or willing to learn)

• Are fast, reliable, and able to manage multiple moving pieces at once

• Want to grow with a fun, fast-paced company that thrives on energy and execution

• Excellent written English

• Organized and task-driven, not just waiting for instruction

• Bonus: any familiarity with staffing, influencer coordination,
