ROLE PURPOSE
At Coaching.com’s Programs and Events (P&E) division, our mission is to raise the global standard of coaching by supporting coaches’ professional and personal development.
We achieve this by giving professional coaches access to the best online education, developed in partnership with the world’s leading coaching experts. These collaborations produce interactive, digital learning experiences that help coaches build their skills and make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
As part of our Program Team, you will help shape a community of more than 100,000 professionals. We are seeking a capable Program Coordinator to lead the delivery of our e-learning programs and provide day-to-day oversight of administrative and operational activities to ensure the programs are sustainable and successful, in line with established targets, strategies, and goals.
This role is ideal for a communicative, diligent, and talented individual excited about building a career in program and project management by launching engaging new digital programs and using their skills to inspire and connect diverse global communities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Program Coordinator reports directly to the Program Manager and supports the delivery of Coaching.com’s programs and events.
Your primary responsibility will be to support, coordinate, and carry out program delivery activities, ensuring that the agreed program milestones are met.
1. Program Project Management
  • Support the Program Manager in developing new programs, projects, and specific events.
  • Set up, manage, and monitor the established program delivery project plans, including their components and activities.
  • Ensure all program-related tasks are delivered successfully according to the established project plans.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, maintain notes, and share follow-up action steps with relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Apply the established processes and/or workflows for the program as needed.
2. Program Delivery
  • Collaborate with other program managers and coordinators on program delivery and on program design and development processes.
  • Coordinate proofreading, branding, and uploading of program resources to the designated locations.
  • Manage the content management system by storing and monitoring program resources in an organized way.
  • Ensure all program operations use technology correctly (video conferencing, presentations, etc.).
  • Collect and compile attendance, satisfaction, and feedback reports.
  • Run online onboarding sessions for external stakeholders (Presenters, Faculty, Coach Hosts, Facilitators, and other program contributors) on the established program technologies.
  • Support participants throughout program delivery, which may include occasional support calls.
  • Test program websites, identify potential issues and technical problems, and develop solutions.
  • Handle program support requests on a day-to-day basis.
  • Monitor and report on program delivery progress weekly.
  • Track, manage, and meet the KPIs associated with your programs.
KEY COMPETENCIES
You have experience:
You have at least 3 years of experience in digital project/program management in a remote setting.
You communicate effectively:
You have excellent English communication skills—speaking, listening, and writing. You also have strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills, including the ability to work with a wide range of internal and external customers and stakeholders from different countries and cultures, while handling rapid development and change requests.
You are highly organized:
You are data-driven and extremely detail-oriented in how you organize and manage projects. You enjoy having clear structure.
You deliver results:
You are an energetic self-starter. You can work independently, take initiative to achieve agreed goals and objectives, and find creative solutions to problems. You enjoy working with autonomy and do not prefer micromanagement.
You are adaptable and flexible:
You can work in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment. You proactively manage your own wellbeing and the challenges of maintaining communication and collaboration in a remote setting.
