The primary responsibility of the Production Support Analyst isto monitorevents in the production cycle to ensure data integrity is aligned with the organizations standards and contractual obligations. The Production Support Analyst is responsible for researching and resolving errors, job stoppages to ensure data quality, maintaining control over production processes and providing root cause analysis.

Some programming and debugging duties will be required in order to troubleshoot programmatic issues. Additional responsibilities include assisting Data Analyst in researching issues, new client implementations and special projects.
