As an ideal candidate, you will be able to work with the Product Manager to formulate and understand the product strategy and vision. You will translate that vision to the multi-disciplinary product team by creating, prioritizing, managing, and executing on the product backlog. You will drive and articulate product value delivery through the agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily scrum, demo and retrospectives seeking improvement through every PI/Sprint.

Leadership Skills: high emotional intelligence, excellent conflict resolution and collaboration skills

Communication skills. You must be able to effectively communicate your thoughts and ideas to both team members and clients

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements and features

High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision

A strong understanding of agile software development project management methodologies

Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on-time, within budget, meeting client expectations

Ability to break down complex work streams into manageable tasks to develop a full project life cycle work plan

Experience interacting with stakeholders, product managers, and customers in delivery of technical solutions

A genuine interest in the latest technological developments in software and testing

Authorized to work in the United States

Qualifications

3+ years experience in business analysis, solutions development or a related field

2+ years’ experience with Agile development (Scrum, Kanban, LEAN, etc.) and within an agile project team (either agile by definition or agile in ability to perform cross-functional tasks quickly)

PMP or Scrum Master Certification, preferred

Consulting experience a plus

Degree in product design or engineering or equivalent experience required

Experience as a remote worker with a home-based dedicated workspace (equipment such as a computer will be provided)

Must be comfortable being online and available approximately between 9AM to 5PM CST

Must be able to travel to Dallas, Texas or the client location as requested (at a minimum of once a quarter)

This is a remote eligible posting available everywhere in the United States except for Colorado.
