We are hiring a Senior Product Manager – Growth for Small Businesses.
Empowering small businesses to scale starts with a seamless beginning. Delivering a top-tier cloud-based voice solution means owning the earliest moments of the customer experience: effortless onboarding, rapid time-to-value, and intuitive growth.
Much of Aircall’s value comes from the simplicity and scalability of our platform and the intelligence it delivers to help small businesses grow, manage teams, and strengthen customer engagement. Enabling growth means creating systems that proactively guide users through setup, highlight high-value features, and reduce friction for both users and support teams as they scale.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead Growth for Small Businesses, shaping Aircall’s strategy for user acquisition, onboarding excellence, and self-serve expansion.
This role partners with Engineering, Data, CX, Sales, and Product Marketing to set Aircall’s long-term vision for small business growth and deliver impactful, globally scalable product improvements.
Your mission at Aircall
• Own the Growth for Small Businesses product domain, driving the long-term vision and strategy to deliver world-class onboarding and product-led growth across regions.
• Lead a squad of engineers focused on onboarding flows, self-serve billing, and in-app adoption systems, delivering measurable conversion improvements.
• Use product analytics, conversion funnels, and user behavior insights to identify growth levers and make decisions that improve activation, reduce churn, and increase seat expansion.
• Own every product element that influences the small business lifecycle, including first-run experience, trial-to-paid conversion, self-serve upgrades, and automated feature discovery.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CX leadership to ensure alignment on acquisition strategies and deliver outstanding value from day one.
• Drive product-led initiatives that reduce time-to-value, helping users configure their workspace and discover growth tools through clear insights and automated guidance.
Your profile
• You are bold, ambitious, collaborative, and customer-focused, with the ability to work hard while having fun. We are a team of driven people who value human connection and clear focus.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience with a strong record of using analytics to generate significant growth.
• Deep experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in growth, onboarding, or self-serve monetization.
• Proven success leading multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives and tracking their impact on acquisition, retention, or expansion.
• Empathetic and skilled at aligning engineering, CX, data, and leadership around a compelling growth roadmap.
• Clear thinker and precise communicator who can translate complex user journeys into actionable product plans.
• Fluent in English; Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a plus.
Salary: $170,000–$210,000 per year, excluding equity and benefits. Final compensation will depend on skills, qualifications, and experience.
