We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our team to build outstanding new features and improve the reliability of our systems as we rapidly scale our product and organization.
As a Junior Product Manager, you will work closely with our Product Manager and support the product management process—from brainstorming and ideation to development and release. In your day-to-day role, you will assist with the Product Manager’s responsibilities, contribute to product portfolio projects, and help build strong cross-functional partnerships with other departments.
**Key responsibilities**
– **Product Release Planning:** Support the product manager in coordinating with internal teams (product, marketing, customer experience, sales, etc.) to define practical release plans, and prepare the necessary documentation, materials, and supporting assets.
– **Pre-Release Testing:** Collaborate with engineering and QA to define clear user test cases for new integrations, products, and feature releases. Help run functional tests to confirm that new releases work as expected and identify issues before launch.
– **Customer Launches:** Partner with marketing and customer support to help roll out new products to early-adopter customers. Contribute to or lead customer demos, collect user feedback, and assist with training internal teams.
– **Post-Release Iteration:** Run user discovery sessions to gather feedback after launch and identify feature improvements. Turn feedback and requests into a prioritized backlog of actionable items with clear requirements. Work with internal teams to review and prioritize the highest-impact work.
– **Bottom line:** In this role, you are responsible for ensuring new product releases are successful and delivering strong outcomes.
**Requirements**
– 2–3 years of experience building software products.
– Excellent interpersonal skills, with clear and concise verbal and written communication.
– Strong organizational abilities, with a proven track record of delivering time-sensitive projects on time with positive results.
– A positive attitude toward problem-solving, with a strong team mindset and innovation.
– An entrepreneurial approach—high autonomy and self-motivation.
– Curiosity and a willingness to learn, including new technical skills or understanding client-specific requests.
– Experience building live streaming software; SAAS experience (including standard SaaS and API-as-a-service) is highly desirable.
In our flexible, distributed environment, we work with talented people worldwide. Our teams are based in 6+ countries and continue to grow.
**We offer:**
– Competitive salary and bonus program
– Healthcare insurance coverage
– An annual learning stipend for courses, conferences, and more—your choice
– Annual all-company retreats
– Encouragement to take **at least** two weeks off each year, in addition to locally recognized holidays
– Opportunities to travel abroad for conferences
