As a Product Manager, you will support the Product Management team by building product objectives and roadmaps while leading execution teams in bringing compelling, viable solutions to fruition.
What you’ll do:

  • Work with the PM team to succeed for your product and implement mechanisms to accurately measure and accurately inform its in-market performance and future functionality.
  • Assist in optimizing the development roadmap, ensuring the plan reflects reality. Be resourceful and identify and remove roadblocks to achieve timely product delivery.
  • Collaborate multi-functionally to enable Sonatype to build, sell, market, and support products focused on solving the highest value (urgent, pervasive, and salable) problems elegantly and innovatively.
  • Develop personal expertise in the craft of product management, and explore new tools and techniques for work prioritization.
What you’ll bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in roles with exposure to the product development lifecycle and, ideally, exposure to modern software development techniques.
  • Strong ability to understand a solve complex problems
  • Experience working with primary stakeholders like Engineering and Design teams
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills – including advanced English proficiency
  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field would be very helpful
  • Experience working with a software product company or SaaS is a major plus
