The Senior Product Manager is a leadership role that involves owning and driving multiple core products for our partners and customers, and working alongside the brightest engineering and product technologists to achieve clear business objectives.

Responsibilities Leverage competitive understanding and customer research to define the roadmap and bring the best of e-commerce automation to the market. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes, work with designers and developers and bring the requirements to life. Bring a detailed eye for user experience and design to ensure features drive high adoption and customer enthusiasm. Facilitate communication throughout the development process; ensure that products satisfy market needs and are highly adopted. Serve as a product evangelist helping all employees to understand the vision, roadmap and best practices. Interact with customers to get product feedback and identify additional market opportunities.

Education/Qualifications: The ideal candidate must be a collaborative, high-energy, strategic leader with a strong sense of urgency and a performance-based track record of success.

BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field, an MBA or related graduate degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of B2B software product management experience (e- commerce software experience a plus). Experience in API and enterprise technologies. Ability to quickly understand new technologies, and to convey the value proposition of those technologies. Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation). Ability to manage multiple projects and competing/changing tasks/priorities. Driven self-starter with high initiative and confidence. Collaborative team player.
