The Role
We’re looking for a strategic and creative Product Manager to grow our successful and rapidly growing Marketing Automation Suite for multi-family owners and operators. Rentable’s flagship Google Business Pro product is the industry’s only source of daily, 100% automated, AI content generation for multifamily marketers to manage and optimize Google Business Profiles.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap to grow the customer base, drive incremental revenue, and retain customers
Work with Product leadership to define and execute product requirements for new AI features and products
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to generate business insights
Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver best-in-class products on time
Lead the end-to-end product development process from discovery to launch
Define key product metrics and performance indicators to measure product success
Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation and maximize product impact
Engage with customers to understand buyer and user needs, and diagnose customer pain points
Collaborate with marketing and sales on field enablement and go-to-market activities
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and optimize product execution processes
Though we are a remote workplace, our teams do travel to meet up several times per year in addition to our annual all-company retreat, Rentapalooza
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in product management, experience in a high-growth B2B MarTech company or high-growth B2B SaaS startup is strongly preferred
Successfully applied AI strategies in past roles, leading to measurable business impact
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable product plans
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
Experience with user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform product decisions
Analytical and data-driven approach identifying, defining, and prioritizing problems, opportunities, and solutions
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing startup environment
Organized and detail-oriented with project management experience
Passion for innovation, innate curiosity, and building products that solve real customer problems
