We believe that over the next few years, the way people interact with their finances will improve dramatically. We’re committed to enabling this change by building the tools and experiences that thousands of developers use to create their own products. Plaid powers the technology millions rely on to live healthier financial lives. We work with thousands of companies—such as Venmo, SoFi, multiple Fortune 500 firms, and many of the largest banks—to help people easily connect their financial accounts to the apps and services they want to use. Plaid’s network spans 12,000 financial institutions across the US, Canada, the UK, and Europe. Founded in 2013, the company is headquartered in San Francisco, with offices in New York, Washington, D.C., London, and Amsterdam.

– Work with a founder mindset: simplify, move fast, and embrace feedback.
– Keep learning and help raise the bar for Plaid’s products and culture.

**Qualifications**
– 1–4 years of experience in a product-focused role (e.g., Product Manager, APM, startup operator, founder, or product analyst).
– Demonstrated success building or launching products end-to-end.
– Experience closely partnering with engineering and design teams to deliver value quickly.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts clearly.
– Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
– Able to make decisions and take ownership of outcomes.
– Familiar with using AI in day-to-day product work, such as prototyping, research, or analysis.
– Experience in an early-stage or high-growth startup setting.
– [Nice to have] Experience in fintech.

At Plaid, our mission is to give everyone access to financial freedom. To support that mission, we aim to build a diverse team of motivated people who care deeply about making the financial ecosystem more equitable.
