Role:
Grayce is hiring a full-time product manager to grow its platform that supports families in assisting their aging, ill, and vulnerable loved ones. We’re seeking a product manager to expand and advance product features to drive increased customer engagement while also building workflows and tooling to allow our team of Grayce Experts to deliver t0p-notch service. You will have the opportunity to define culture and product practices as well as shape the product roadmap. You’ll articulate what a winning product looks like, rally the team to build it, and iterate until we get it right. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll out features to deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

What you will do:
  • Gain a deep understanding of user experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that improve user experience and drive growth
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
  • Create user personas and solicit external feedback on features
  • Scope and prioritize features based on business objectives and needs
  • Manage roadmap and communicate product direction across the company
  • Design tooling and workflows within the app to support operational efficiency and scalability
  • Work closely with engineering team to scope, test, and deploy new features, including testing
  • Support product development and launches to ensure success in collaboration with marketing, sales, and operations teams
  • Measure and iterate product success through quantitative and qualitative measures
Requirements:

The ideal candidate’s experience would include:

  • 3-5 years product management experience
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • Strategic and analytical thinker who uses data-driven hypotheses and user behavior patterns to shape product decisions
  • Proven ability to develop product strategies and features and effectively communicate recommendations to company leadership
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves in an early-stage startup environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree
Preferred:

  • Strong intuition around caregiver needs and pain points
  • B2B and B2C product management experience
