This role allows you to work from anywhere you choose across the U. S. (excluding U. S. territories), with the flexibility to work from the Seattle HQ office as often as you’d like. 98point6 employees planning to work in the office will be required to provide proof of their COVID-19 vaccination. Please note that no matter where you are located, all employees should be available during our core working hours from 10 am to 4 pm PT Monday through Friday.
Your role and impact
You will dive into large, nebulous areas, uncover hidden user needs, set a vision, build out a strategic roadmap, prioritize investments, craft new experiences and partner with UX, Data Science and Engineering to deliver measurable and impactful solutions. Your work will enable clinicians to care for patients efficiently while maintaining the highest quality of care and a delightful patient experience. You will have ownership over critical areas of our product line for both clinicians and patients.
Responsibilities
Craft the vision and set goals for your Product Area, making links to overall company strategic objectives
Use critical thinking, data and product judgment to establish and maintain a prioritized product roadmap informed by user and market research, patient and physician feedback, our compliance team and other internal stakeholders
Work with our Design, Data Science and Engineering teams to define and understand problems and requirements, then determine approach, timelines and deliverables
Drive the execution of solutions in partnership with Engineering across interfaces and platforms
Lead strategic decisions and trade-offs that enable the team to stay on schedule in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
Analyze the results of the team’s efforts both quantitatively and qualitatively, reporting on successes and failure
Work with Engineering, Clinical Operations and Technical Program Managers to improve our handling of operational issues that arise and help the team operate more efficiently
Stay on top of industry trends related to your product area and make recommendations about strategic areas of investment, including build vs. buy decisions
Contribute to the broader Product organization and company; for example, identifying ways to improve our process or culture and/or mentoring junior PMs
Qualifications
5+ years of product management or equivalent experience in a professional setting
Demonstrated success in taking on complex, ambiguous problems and delivering solutions with complete end-to-end ownership
Experience synthesizing requirements and developing scalable solutions that meet the needs of multiple users or business customers
Proven ability to build strong trust relationships with key counterparts, including Engineering, Operations, UX designers and researchers, Commercial/Sales and Marketing
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including clear communication of technical terms and tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Data fluency and experience working with data tools such as Tableau and Redshift (or equivalent)
Experience with taking new products to market
Experience working in an agile software development environment
Experience with B2B product development
Experience in the healthcare/health-tech industry
Technical domain knowledge with respect to electronic health records and data sharing, including FHIR / HL7 standards
