Your Role

As a Product Designer at Compound, you will join the Design Team in building delightful new products and interfaces that interact with the Compound protocol. You’ll work cross-functionally and deliver a well-crafted execution in conjunction with sound strategic insight. At Compound, you will be part of a cutting edge team building high-caliber technology that has a massive impact on the future of the global financial system.

What You’ll Do:

Work with the Head of Design to execute the company’s vision by designing user-friendly and intuitive interfaces
Help create and maintain new product lines that are developed by Compound Labs
Work within, improve, and maintain a global design system for smooth and orderly design delivery to engineering
Be responsible for owning your deliverables and ensuring they continue to meet the Compound standard of execution
Enthusiastically collaborate with a small team, owning and planning projects for long-term impact
Help contribute to and evolve the Compound brand and various web properties

What You Bring to the Team:

3+ years of professional Product Design experience
BA or BS degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
Experience designing consumer-facing experiences for web and mobile
Excellence in UX thinking, visual design, and written communication
Experience working in a collaborative environment with product, operations and engineering teams
Ability to prioritize, manage and effectively communicate across multiple, often time-sensitive initiatives

Nice to Haves:

Experience and or desire to work on Brand Design at Compound
Experience managing a Design System
Interest in Crypto or Financial Products
User of DeFi products
