We are seeking a highly organized, detail‑focused Product Information Specialist to oversee, maintain, and improve all product data using Excel. In this role, you will help ensure that every product detail, feature, and piece of content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with internal standards, ultimately enhancing the quality and presentation of our product information.

Key Responsibilities:
– Accurately manage and update product data, specifications, and features.
– Ensure all product information follows internal guidelines and measurement standards.
– Organize, analyze, and refine large datasets using advanced Excel tools.
– Work closely with internal teams to confirm information and resolve discrepancies.
– Contribute to improving and presenting product content across multiple formats.

Qualifications:
– Proven background in product data management or a similar field.
– Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
– Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
– Understanding of data management best practices, measurement standards, and product specifications.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Copywriting or creative writing experience is a plus.
– Experience preparing Excel files for data merging in Adobe InDesign is an advantage.
