Readify is seeking a . Net Principal Consultant to join our expanding consulting team in Sydney during an exciting period of growth. Our Sydney team is our largest team out of all our State locations and we are seeking a dynamic and energetic leader.

Role

As a . Net Principal Consultant you’ll provide an extremely high level of technical expertise to our clients and our Consultants and represent Readify as a technical expert in the wider community. You’ll work with our people to make in impact in the development of complex, disruptive solutions for a range of organisations. With a passion for technology and problem solving, Readify will continue to develop your skills with the latest, cutting edge Microsoft Technologies whilst working alongside and learning from talented Microsoft Most Valuable Professionals (MVPs).

Duties

• Provide an elite level of technical and consulting expertise on the Microsoft . Net Platform

• Work across multiple platforms and advise clients and teams accordingly

• Design, develop and deliver custom software solutions

• Assist with Pre-sales, develop Proof of Concepts

• Architect and design major applications and solutions

• Run client workshops

• Gather Requirements, contribute to the scope of work discussions

• Manage passionate Agile software development teams deployed in client sites

• Directly engage with clients in collaborative environments on a daily basis

• Consult with Stakeholders on best practices such as test driven development & continuous deployment

• Present and be a thought leader at Industry Events on the latest technology trends and practices
