This team consists of Architects, Engineers, User Experience Designers, Product Managers and others, and is responsible for building a next-gen platform and suite of Human Capital Management applications. The Principal Architect is a key role for the success of the lab. You’ll have an opportunity to lead high-powered teams to create amazing products that are efficient, intuitive, beautiful, and responsive. We are seeking dynamic individuals that can own a significant portion of our architecture, applications and technology landscape. You’ll operate with autonomy and peer collaboration ensuring a mix of freedom and learning from the wealth of talent we’ve been fortunate to build here.
