Growing ecommerce store serving the sailing industry and we need a partner who understands: 1) identifying products that sell 2) negotiating purchase of those products 3) writing copy and advertising 4) optimum placement within online store 5) optimizing ROI 6) Magento platform user a plus (or reference ecommerce platform you do know)

We are looking for an entrepreneurial President with the "hands-on" skills to build the ecommerce business. No requirement to work in Minneapolis, but will be able to bring capital (convertible sub-debt ok) in order to fund the working capital needed to execute this growth strategy, including own salary plus marketing expenses.
