Journey Clinical is dedicated to addressing the growing mental health crisis by speeding the adoption of advanced treatments that deliver lasting improvements in patient outcomes. We’ve created a comprehensive healthtech platform designed to safely and effectively broaden access to Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy, beginning with Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. In our patient-centered collaborative care model, licensed psychotherapists provide the therapy, while Journey Clinical’s in-house medical team manages patient eligibility, treatment planning, and outcome monitoring. Our platform equips psychotherapists who are passionate about PAP with the structure and support they need to confidently offer KAP, while raising the standard of care and improving clinical results.

We recently closed a successful Series A round led by Union Square Ventures and are supported by several top-tier investors, including AlleyCorp, Fifty Years, Able Partners, Gaingels, Palo Santo, PsyMed Ventures, Coalition Operators, Christina Sass, Edvard Engesæth, MD, and Hans Gangeskar.

We are committed to building an open, inclusive workplace where you’ll have opportunities to grow and collaborate with a diverse group of high-performing teammates. Our team brings deep experience in both business and healthcare. We are mission-driven and aim to create a work environment that is engaging, ethical, fulfilling, and enjoyable. Together, we are contributing to a groundbreaking field that is reshaping mental health and making a direct impact on people’s lives.

– Assist with scheduling for the medical team and make schedule adjustments as needed
– Support onboarding for new medical team members
– Document and share notes from medical team meetings
– Maintain, update, and develop training materials for onboarding and ongoing education, including protocol updates and monthly newsletters

Profile:

– 1–3 years of experience in an early-stage startup preferred
– Knowledge of psychedelics is a plus
– Tech-savvy with strong operational or practice administration skills
– A people-first mindset with a commitment to supporting medical staff and helping patients reach their goals
– Highly organized and detail-oriented
– Excellent listening and relationship-building abilities
– Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering clear, concise, and positive messages
– Experience using tools such as Google Workspace, Squarespace, and Zoom, with confidence in troubleshooting tech issues
– Proven ability to collaborate across teams, thrive in cooperative environments, and enjoy problem-solving
– Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and pivot; embraces change as an opportunity for innovation and personal growth
– Data-driven approach, using KPIs and analytics to track progress

What we offer:
– Competitive hourly compensation
– 10–15 hours per week, Monday and Wednesday
– Opportunities for growth and a high degree of autonomy
– A supportive environment with clear pathways for career advancement and personal development
– A chance to work alongside industry-leading experts who value collaboration, discipline, and enjoyment in their work
– The opportunity to help transform mental health care by advancing the adoption of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy and positively impacting the lives of more than 100 million people in the U.S. experiencing depression and anxiety
