Project start: February—we’re looking for 150 new partners!

Hey Contact Heroes is launching a major new mobile communications project focused on customer support for pre-paid services, and we’re seeking reliable, motivated freelancers to support us long term.

If you live in the EU (but not in Germany) and want to work with us as a professional customer service partner, you’re in the right place.

What to expect:
• Friendly, solution-oriented support on inbound calls for topics related to pre-paid services, tariffs, SIM cards, top-ups, and basic technical questions.
• Structured workflows, clear guidelines, and a professional project environment.
• Flexible working hours within the project scope—ideal for freelancers who want to manage their own schedule.
• Fair hourly pay or compensation per productive minute, depending on the project model.
• Fully remote work from your location within the EU.

Training starts in February or March 2026—secure your spot in advance:
We offer several training cohorts in February and March 2026, each with limited seats. Note: Training lasts between 8 and 10 days, full-time during the day, with 8 hours per day.

What you need to bring as a freelancer:

1. Legal and formal requirements
• Company registration / self-employed registration in an EU country (required)
• Valid VAT number to issue correct invoices
• Residence in an EU Member State (except Germany)
• Ability to issue monthly invoices
• Compliance with data protection rules, confidentiality, and NDA
• Ability to organize your own time and workload

2. Professional and personal requirements
• German at C1 level or higher
• Prior experience in phone customer service is a plus
• Professional communication, reliability, and strong customer-service orientation
• Independent work style and strong discipline regarding processes
• Willingness to collaborate with us long term

3. Technical requirements
• Fast, stable internet (at least 50 Mbit/s)
• Professional headset, two monitors, webcam
• A quiet home office space with minimal distractions
• Ability to use our tools and systems securely

4. Availability
• Regular and predictable availability
• Reliable presence on all training days
• Willingness to work shifts within the project hours
