Contact Heroes is launching a new, expanded inbound customer service project for a major, well-known mobile network provider, with a focus on prepaid customers.

We are seeking dependable, motivated freelancers from around the world who live outside Germany and want to support us on a long-term basis in phone-based customer service.

**Responsibilities**
What you can expect:
– Handling incoming calls about prepaid plans, SIM cards, top-ups, and general technical questions
– Well-structured projects with fixed points of contact
– Flexible working hours within the project guidelines—you choose your schedule
– Pay per hour or per productive minute (depending on the project model)
– 100% remote work: work from anywhere in the world (except Germany)

**Qualifications**

1. Legal and formal requirements:
– Freelance/self-employed status in your country of residence
– Place of residence outside Germany
– Ability to issue valid invoices to international clients
– Compliance with your country’s tax regulations

2. Technical and personal requirements:
– German language skills at C1/C2 level
– Previous experience in phone-based customer service is a plus
– Independent, well-organized way of working
– Openness to long-term collaboration

3. Technical requirements:
– Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbit/s)
– Headset, two monitors, webcam, and a high-performance PC
– A quiet, dedicated workspace at home
– Confident, routine use of web-based tools
