About the Role
As an AI Tutor specializing in personality and behavior, you will help advance xAI’s mission by shaping and refining Grok’s personality to make it cohesive, engaging, and appealing to users. A key part of this role is recognizing awkward or off-putting traits, strengthening character consistency, delivering quick, effective humor, navigating casual conversations across many contexts, and adding charm and wit to interactions. This position focuses on hiring individuals with distinctive personal style to help make Grok more relatable and entertaining through behavior-oriented data annotation.

Responsibilities
You will use proprietary tools to provide labels, annotations, and inputs for projects involving dialogue styles, humor mechanics, and interactive scenarios. You will help produce high-quality, curated data that supports a consistent, clever, and polished personality. You will also work with technical staff to design tasks that improve the AI’s ability to communicate naturally.
