What You’ll Do:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including crafting job descriptions, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.

• Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

• Contribute to employer branding initiatives.

• Support HR initiatives such as performance management and employee engagement.

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries.

• Maintain and update employee records in compliance with data protection laws.

What We Need:

• Enrolled in or a recent graduate of HR, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Interest in the startup ecosystem and B2B SaaS.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.

• Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable.

• Familiarity with HR software and recruiting tools is a plus.

What We Offer:

This role is paid 10,000 INR/month (part-time) or 20,000 INR/month (full-time), fully remote, part-time OR full-time, and 3-6 month duration with potential to convert to People & Talent Associate
