We’re hiring a People Operations Associate to support both People Operations and recruiting. This role is central to how the team runs—keeping hiring on track, maintaining strong systems and data, and ensuring day-to-day execution is thoughtful, consistent, and high quality.

You’ll work across recruiting, operations, and internal initiatives, building a strong understanding of how a global People function operates in practice. You’ll report to the Head of People and collaborate closely with the team on both People Ops and recruiting efforts.

This role gives you a real chance to make an impact through how you work: keeping things moving, maintaining high-quality systems, and following through on the details that make the team effective.

We’re looking for someone who wants to learn by doing—someone proactive, detail-oriented, curious, and willing to take ownership. As you build context, you’ll have room to expand your scope across different areas of People Ops.

**What you’ll do:**
– Support and coordinate interview scheduling with the team, ensuring a smooth, timely, and well-run candidate experience across time zones
– Support recruiting operations by maintaining ATS data, job postings, candidate pipelines, and overall system quality
– Contribute to onboarding and offboarding by helping ensure a smooth, well-organized experience for new hires and departing team members
– Maintain accurate People data and documentation across systems to ensure consistency, organization, and reliability
– Support planning and execution of company offsites and team gatherings
– Conduct research and synthesize information to support People Ops and recruiting
– Identify gaps, follow up on open items, and ensure work is completed without stalling or getting lost
– Provide general support across People Ops, stepping in across projects, processes, and day-to-day operations as needed

Technical sourcing is inherently results-driven. Starting as a contract lets both sides assess fit, working style, and impact before considering a longer-term arrangement. Structure and scope will be determined collaboratively.

We’re a global team (with about 50% outside the US), fully distributed from Thailand to California.
