Role Overview:
As a Regional People Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies to the unique needs of your region, ensuring compliance with local laws, and supporting business objectives. Partnering with regional leadership, you will help drive employee engagement, performance, and development initiatives tailored to the cultural and business dynamics of India and the broader APJ region.
Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic HR Advisor: Provide guidance to regional leaders on talent management, employee relations, and the development of HR strategies that align with business needs in India and APJ.
    • Compliance & Local Adaptation: Ensure that HR initiatives are compliant with local laws, cultural nuances, and regional business objectives, adapting global HR strategies as needed.
    • Onboarding & Offboarding Management: Implement regional onboarding and offboarding processes that maintain consistency with global HR policies while addressing the region’s specific requirements.
    • Collaboration with Global HR: Work closely with global HR teams to maintain alignment on HR practices, ensuring consistency across regions while meeting regional needs.
    • Drive Regional HR Programs: Lead region-specific HR initiatives such as employee engagement surveys, talent reviews, retention strategies, and other programs that drive employee performance and satisfaction in the India region.
Qualifications:

    • Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years in People Business Partner (PBP) roles, specifically partnering with regional business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
    • Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of local employment laws and regulations within India and APJ, with the ability to navigate and ensure compliance.
    • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultural and geographic boundaries.
    • This opportunity is hybrid with 3 days in office and 2 days work from home
